Carolina Silva is a Colombian artist and passionate music educator with expertise in composition, singing, songwriting, and piano instruction. A graduate of the Autonomous University of Bucaramanga, she specialized in classical music, musical theater, and Latin American folklore, with piano training that provides a strong foundation for her teaching.
Throughout her university years, she performed in choral competitions across Europe and trained in music, piano, theater, and dance at the Musical Theatre Company Studio5 in Bucaramanga. This interdisciplinary background shaped her unique teaching approach, integrating vocal technique, movement, and piano accompaniment to engage students creatively.
With experience teaching piano, voice, and musical initiation to children, Carolina believes music education should be joyful and interactive. She incorporates body expression, play, and creative activities into her lessons, fostering an environment where students feel free to explore and express themselves.
A dynamic performer, she has showcased her talent at various festivals in Vancouver, blending Latin American traditions with contemporary influences.
